The entire Product is delivered to you immediately upon purchase as a single digital file. There is no drip delivery, no schedule you are required to follow, and no online portal or account.
The Product's written exercises are designed to be completed using your own physical journal or by printing the relevant pages. No information you write in response to any exercise is entered online, submitted to us, or transmitted anywhere. Your written reflections remain entirely private and entirely yours.
The Product is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not tailored medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the Product should be understood as a professional recommendation specific to your individual circumstances.
